ADRA Thailand is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of IEC Training Coordinator based in Mae Sot, Thailand for Risk Communications and Community Engagement Project (RCCE).

 

Application Deadline: 31 May 2020

Project Duration: 6 months

Report to: Project Manager

 

REPONSIBILITIES:

Set up/review/revise training systems

  • Recruitment of RCCE volunteers
  • Database of IEC materials
  • IEC material review
  • Training of trainers manual
  • Training schedule
  • Post training evaluation system

 

Implementation of training program

  • Home visits
  • Monitoring of RCCE volunteers
  • Evaluation and analysis of current messaging approach
  • Messaging by various means and in targeted languages
  • Maintain good interpersonal relationship with the stakeholders
  • Any other assignment as requested by the supervisor

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

Educational Qualifications:

     Bachelor degree or higher

 

Experience:

     At least 3 years working experience in training

 

Language Skills:

     Fluent in spoken and written English and Karen

 

Skills and Abilities:

    Computer proficient in Microsoft Office
    Willingness to constantly learn and grow
    Strong commitment
    Good inter-personal skills
