Within East Asia Oxfam Great Britain is recognised as a leading development and humanitarian organisation, with a successful track record which stretches over 50 years in Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. We are currently looking for a dynamic Thai citizen for the following position based in its Regional Centre, Bangkok – Thailand. The Role: You will support regional Digital Vision, to effectively use interactive media and digital technology to support our development, humanitarian, and advocacy work. You will develop digital vision strategy into action and execute with excellence. You will assist in design and conduct a survey/ assessment of Digital Vision throughout the world. You will support in production of Digital Vision content and communication materials. You will also look for latest trend, technology and best practice for digital communication and you will update digital content on social networking sites – Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, flicker and etc. The requirements: ·
1-2 years experience, understand and knowledge of working with the new media (e.g. internet, social networking, online video and audio, search engines, blogs) ·
Passionate about digital and emerging technologies ·
Strong technical knowledge ·
Good interpersonal skills ·
Excellence in English communication (both oral and written) ·
Work well with others – project coordinator and will be able to work alone ·
Some project management and admin skills “Micro Project” ·
Very strong audio-visual skills blog expertise and understanding of how to engage with audiences online. ·
Ability to constantly think of as well and apply new ways to use technology to Oxfam’s advantage. ·
Ability to use Flash is a plus along with Creative design programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. ·
