International Justice Mission (IJM) is a Christian human rights organization that works with
local authorities to help people who are victims of injustice and oppression. The agency
utilizes a holistic approach to cases of injustice, by mobilizing interventions on behalf of
victims, establishing aftercare for the victims, and driving maximum-impact, long term
change through justice system transformation. IJM Thailand two casework focuses –
citizenship rights and child sexual assault. The field office assists ethnic minority groups in
Thailand by helping them attain their citizenship through legal pathways. In addition, IJM
Thailand works closely with the people of Thailand to fight child sexual abuse through
prevention, legal intervention, and education.


International Justice Mission Thailand is looking for talented and driven individuals to fill
the following vacant positions. These positions are based in the field office of Chiang Mai,
Thailand. Because IJM is a Christian organization, applicants must possess a mature
orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed. A resume, cover letter, four
references, and statement of faith are required for each position. Listed below are critical
requirements for each position. More detailed job descriptions for each position is available

1) Child Sexual Abuse Program Attorney:
• Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed
• Must possess a law degree from an accredited university
• Must be licensed to practice law in Thailand
• Minimum 3 years’ experience practicing law
• English speaking skills and fluent in Thai
• Must have a high level of integrity and honesty


2) Child Sexual Abuse Program Investigator:
• Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed
• Advanced English speaking skills and fluent in Thai
• Minimum 1 year experience in field investigation work
• Able to work flexible hours (early morning and night)
• Must have a high level of integrity and honesty
