Terre des Hommes Netherlands (Earth for Mankind) is a Dutch organization founded in 1965 as a non-profit organization. Terre des Hommes Netherlands is committed to prevent child exploitation, remove children from exploitative situations and ensure these children can develop themselves in a safe environment. Terre des Hommes Netherlands Regional Office Southeast Asia supports local partners in Indonesia, Philippine, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand. For its Regional Office in Bangkok, Thailand, Terre des Hommes Netherlands is currently looking for a:
Maintain the day to day running of the regional office and office assets through use of operating systems and maintenance;
Ensure sound implementation and execution of all the administrative tasks for the regional office;
Assist in safeguarding the organisation’s assets in close coordination with the regional operations manager;
Ensure the regional office’s financial systems in place and sound and timely reporting;
Assist with project financial monitoring;
Assist in any HR related aspects;
Knowledge of administration and management on bachelor degree level, or a proven track record of a good services in the field;
Relevant working experiences as finance & administration staff, especially in NGO field
Minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience;
Excellent written and verbal skills in English;
Up to date in ICT and familiar with working on google-cloud base system;
Social skills required for communications with external relations (government, media and institution) and colleagues, the acquisition of clarifications of data, reports and the solving of problems.
The Administration Officer has to be a communicative and enthusiast person, who is also an independent team player.

Location and duration
The Administration Officer will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
The assignment will be for a period of 12 months with the possibility for permanent employment, starting as soon as possible.
This is a full time local position for which local remuneration and secondary benefits apply.
We offer a salary in accordance with the Thailand labour market depending on experience and qualifications, and fringe benefits.
