We are seeking suitably qualified THAI nationals to apply for the below position.
Programme Assistant (Electronic WFP Information Network (eWIN) project)

Under the general supervision of Regional Programme Advisor (M&E), the Programme Assistant will assist Senior Programme Assistant for supporting the implementation of Electronic WFP Information Network (eWIN) project. He/she will be responsible for the following duties:
-Support Country Offices (COs) for data collection, analysis and management, including review of monitoring forms, data analysis and development of pre-analysis.
-Provide trouble-shooting/ back-stopping support to Country Office in implementation of eWIN for monitoring purposes.
-Assist the Senior Programme Assistant to prepare eWIN user manual and document, including training material and public information documents.
-Assist the Senior Programme Assistant in rolling out eWIN to Country Offices for M&E use, including participation in support missions to Country Offices as required.
-Assist the Senior Programme Assistant to test eWIN regional version, windows, and android platform.
-Support the Senior Programme Assistant in the maintenance of eWIN system at the Regional Bureau.
-Analyse and process requests for a variety of data.
-Draft correspondence related to the field of work.
-Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Secondary school education preferably supplemented by a university degree in one or more of the following disciplines: social sciences, computer sciences, information technology, development studies or a field relevant to international development assistance.
At least four years of progressively responsible experience in the field of data collection and/or database programming, project/programme support, statistics, operations or other related fields. Work experience in the field would be an advantage.
Training and/or experience utilizing computers including word processing, spreadsheet. Training and/or experience in database management program, ORACLE and dot NET would be an asset.
Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Thai.
