Position Profile

The Bangkok-based Program Assistant role reports directly to the Thailand Deputy Country Director. The responsibilities listed below are inclusive, but not exhaustive, of the role.  It is reasonable to assume that additional tasks will be requested, as and when needed.

 

This position will act as a point person for Thailand Program Support

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Support the Thailand Program team

 

Programs

Provide support to Thailand Program team

Support the implementation of project activities as directed by the Program Officers

Produce activity materials under direction of Program Officers

Produce Media Reports for Helmets for Kids projects

Maintain project records under direction of Program Officers

 

Support positive stakeholder relationships

Assist Program Officers in maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders, including national and local governments, police celebrities, and local media

 

Communications

Assist Thailand Program Team to produce all required communications materials

Assist the Operations and Development Officer to create and post content to AIP website and Facebook

 

Other

Assist Thailand office staff as required

 

Qualifications

Diploma or University degree

Good written and verbal English

Ability to prioritize while managing expectations

Flexible attitude

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Commitment to AIP Foundation’s mission, vision and core values

A dynamic and professional individual with initiative
