Established in 1951, IOM is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners.   1. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT AND SCOPE:

 

Under the overall supervision of the Programme Manager and the direct supervision of the Assistant Project Manager of the Thai-Israeli Cooperation of the Placement for Thai Agricultural workers project.

 

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Particularly, he/she will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Verify application forms and supporting documents received from the DOEA
  • Enter data from the application forms into TIC database (35-40 applications per day)
  • Keep record of the application forms
  • Assist the process of filing all application forms
  • Upload applicants’ support document into the database
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned

  1. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Thai National.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Social Science or other relevant field.
  • Experience in data entry and filing document for the government / non-governmental organizations or governmental institutions / organizations in a multi-cultural setting is advantage.
  • Strong team player but with a capacity to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
  • Ability to communicate in English and good command of Thai.
