Recruitment for Assistant Manager - Administration


Good Neighbors (Thailand) foundation is announcing an advertisement for a vacant position for Assistant Manager - Administration


Key Responsibilities

1) Finance management

  • Check and review monthly finance report of GN (Thailand) foundation
  • Check and review of data entry done by AD officer at accounting system (QuickBook)
  • Check and review finance management of GN (Thailand) foundation such as petty cash control, budget control, voucher writing, filing financial document
  • Support reviewing monthly finance report of GN field country offices
  • In charge of external audit of GN (TH) foundation, including preparing for audit and liaison with external auditors


2) Supervise Administrative issues of GN (Thailand) foundation

  • Supervise AD officers on office general affairs; such as office supplies purchasing, bill payment
  • Supervise AD officers on vehicle management
  • Supervise AD officers on asset and inventory management
  • Supervise AD officers on Human Resource management


3) In charge of legal management and board management

  • In charge of legal issues of GN (Thailand) foundation
  • In charge of management of board of GN (Thailand) foundation



  • Minimum Bachelor Degrees in administration or finance, or any relevant field


Work Experience

  • At least five (5) years of professional experience at relevant field to finance and administration



  • Thai National
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitasking
  • Energetic, responsible and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously in an multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent English (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing)


Working Condition

  • Monday – Friday. 08:30 – 17:00 (7.5hrs / day)



  • Contract for 12 months
  • Employment will be confirmed after three (3) months of probation period upon performance evaluation



  • Use English as a main language in office
