Finance Officer -GRAISEA
Duration: Fixed term Contract until 31 July 2023
Location: Relevant country within the South East Asia region.

Finance Officer will be supporting GRAISEA Programme Management Unit and other related Programme staffs in practicing an effective system in Programme Financial Management and Control including partner Financial Control and Management and managing/controlling financial risks and in making decisions.
S/he will be responsible in capacity building of Oxfam and partner finance teams on donor rules and regulations. The key deliverables include support on Internal control system and compliance and coordinate with external auditors, donor contract management and other financial related aspect.
