PURPOSE OF POSITION

This role is to deliver the most satisfying online user experience and ensures optimization of the digital experience to increase engagement, leading to conversions growth ultimately. This person plays a central role in the design and development of WVFT-owned sites and digital platforms by understanding the needs of the users, working closely with external agency partners, internal Product Marketing and IT teams, to implement the best UX practices.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Web design and optimization

• Design, refine and maintain World Vision Thailand-owned websites to make sure information is updated and aligned to WVFT brand guidelines

• Able to identify and troubleshoot UX problems & constantly seek to optimise website to increase page visits and conversions on WVFT website

• Research, test and implementing new designs for WVFT’s online giving pages

• Work with the DMI team to collect website data and provide clear and actionable insights to improve website and user experience

• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices for WVFT websites

• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.

• Producing websites or online platforms that will enable World Vision Singapore to garner financial support from stakeholders, particularly for our child sponsorship program, disaster relief and other fund-raising efforts.

Optimize digital experience

• Conducting user research, test, and optimize existing user web and other platforms interface designs to deliver the best end to end digital user experience to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Optimize conversion rates from paid and organic social and digital media

• Exploring external platforms or online tools which can be integrated into our CRM and website to create a better user experience

• Development and maintenance of new digital channels like Sponsors portal, Leapfrog, Email System and WV United

• Key personal in the development of our new website WV United

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• A diploma in any related discipline (Digital Design, Computer Science, Business IT) with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Possess a user-first mindset and skilled in cross-device/responsive design techniques

• Experience in collecting and analyzing user feedback and data insights

• Familiarity with web trends and best practices for UX/UI design

• Good oral and written command of the English language is a plus
