PROJECT FINANCIAL AUDIT FOR MEKONG-AUSTRALIA PARTNERSHIP ON TRANSNATIONAL CRIME PROJECT - THAILAND

Palladium is managing the Mekong-Australia Partnership on Transnational Crime (MAP-TNC) project funded by Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT).

The programme addresses operational and strategic TNC challenges in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar (MAP-TNC programmes are not presently planned for Myanmar), and Vietnam (the 'Mekong Countries'). The primary headquarters of the MAP-TNC Partnership Support Unit (PSU) is in Bangkok, while the corporate office is in Australia.

The Palladium (PSU, MAP-TNC) is required to conduct an external audit once every two years during the project tenure, and the project finished its first two years on 13-March-2023.

The audit's scope will be conducted in conformance with international auditing standards. It will include any tests and controls deemed necessary by the auditor. The auditor may employ representative sampling if he or she deems it necessary. This activity is required to provide a complete and adequate audit discharge for project expenditures incurred between 13 March 2021 and 31 March 2023.

This RFP is open to Thailand based audit firms and preferably financial audit experience for DFAT projects. For detailed TOR and selection criteria, please refer enclosed Annex - A
