Background/IRC Summary:
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is at work in over 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strengthen their communities. The IRC has been operating in Thailand since 1975 and currently provides assistance to displaced persons in Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Mae Hong Son provinces.
Job Overview/Summary:
The Recruiter will effectively support Human Resources team on recruitment process from contacting candidate, interviewing candidate, scheduling interview for panel interview, conducting pre-employment check for all position in Thailand. She/he will work collaborate and support HR and hiring managers.

Terms of payment
The consultant fee will be paid after recruiter submits timesheet at the end of each month, payment will be made by bank transfer within seven days after submission of timesheet.
Working Environment:
This position is based at the RSC office in Bangkok, Thailand, but may occasionally require national and/or international travel. This position will work closely with other members of the Pipeline & Reports Team, based in Thailand and Malaysia.
The employee is required to adhere to the “IRC Way” for professional conducts, as well as to comply with all relevant Policies and Procedures while carrying his/her duties. All other employee terms and conditions shall be as per stipulated in the Employment Contract and/or Employee Handbook.
