Plan International Thailand: Office Renovation
Background:
Plan International is one of the world’s longest-operating aid and development organisations, with a special focus on helping more than 80 million marginalised children in 50 developing countries to access their rights to health, education, livelihoods, disaster risk management and protection. Plan International has worked in Thailand since 1981. We are independent, with no religious, political or governmental affiliations. In addition to our long-term development work with communities, Plan has extensive experience responding to natural disasters and other emergencies.
Plan International Thailand is currently looking for services to renovate the office space as per given redesign plan to enhance efficiency of its operation.
Plan International Thailand is looking for professional company to renovate and repair of its office space of unit 12th Floor, 253 Asoke building, Sukhumwit 21 Road, Khlongtoey Nua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110. Plan International Thailand will provide the approved renovation plan. The company shall be responsible for planning construction inconformity with national requirement for such operations.
For the furniture in the new office space, we will mainly use the current furniture in our current office located on 14th Floor, 253 Asoke building, Sukhumwit 21 Road, Khlongtoey Nua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110. Plan will require professional company to move the furniture to our new office located on 12th Floor, 253 Asoke building, Sukhumwit 21 Road, Khlongtoey Nua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110.
Plan will dispose furniture and asset which is no longer require for our new office spaces. We will require company to manage our disposed items.
The total renovation area is approximate 187 square meters. The technical specification and renovation plan will be provided to contractor
