JOB FUNCTIONS

Fellowship Program

• Support administration of fellowship recruitment process
• Assist with operations for fellowship program events
• Assist with ongoing monitoring and evaluation activities
• Support online learning management system development; create online courses/modules, manage repository of curricular materials
• Assist with the database management e.g. Salesforce

Community Building

• Assist with community building strategies at the national and regional level
• Assist with Community Building Fund activities.

Communications

• Assist with communications strategies and public outreach for web and social media
• Support content development for online and print materials
• Manage digital communications assets (photo, video, audio)

Administrative Support

• Provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Bangkok office, including office operations and preparation for meetings and fellowship events

RELATIONSHIPS

• Daily interaction with EI program directors and program team based in Southeast Asia
• Regular communications with fellows and fellowship applicants
• Contact with US-based headquarters for project-based work
• Participation and photo/video, and/or note taking at team meetings and fellowship events

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• College degree (BA or equivalent); health and development experience a plus
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience
• Excellent English-language writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
• CRM Database management e.g. Salesforce
• Working knowledge of various CMS (Wordpress) or LMS and social media
• Basic research
• Thai nationality only
