Thailand Experiences Vision
Thailand Experiences (TE) is an international education experience provider based in Bangkok, with more than 12 years experience facilitating international exchange programs across South-East Asia.
TE supports life-changing higher educational experiences for our participants and partners, through quality cross-cultural education programs. We support, encourage and guide participants to explore cultural and educational exchange in a way that promotes personal growth.
TE partners with schools, universities, NGOs, communities and other organizations in South East Asia to provide sustainable cross cultural exchange.
TE staff and partners believe deeply in the mission of creating and supporting participants' life changing experiences.

Job Responsibilities
Onsite Programs (Intern, Semester, Custom Programs)
- Lead and support TE programs in Thailand, this may include attending or leading program excursions, orientation, check ins, workshops and other activities to support the onsite learning goals.
- Provide direction, leadership, and guidance for Site Directors and other staff to ensure learning goals are met
- Use expertise to ensure that the plan in the Checklist For Onsite Delivery in each location is well thought out and maximizes the potential for each program
- Ensure that the student learning goals are met, by working with and supporting students, staff and faculty throughout their program. This may include mentoring, workshops, emergency support and other in person work with students.
- When staff face challenges to provide support and recommendations
- Contribute to the successful growth of Thailand Experiences by engaging with program development initiatives in the country and developing new partnership opportunities and programs.
- Attend Overseas Partner trainings and meetings throughout the year.
Key Metrics
- Programs run to schedule and budget and follow the program checklist.
- Increased participant immersion and satisfaction with initiatives such as a cultural curriculum, training, workshops and other professional and personal development opportunities for participants on TE programs.
- Attain high student NPS scores for all TE programs in Thailand, through exciting, immersive and challenging program options.
- 4 out of 5 student final evaluations report successful learning outcome of Change and Growth, based on National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) competencies:
- "My sense of personal independence has increased" answers on student evaluations
- Cross Cultural Communication: Clearly and effectively exchange information, ideas, facts, and perspectives with persons inside and outside of an organization taking into account cultural differences.
- Global Equity & Inclusion: Demonstrate the awareness, attitude, knowledge, and skills required to equitably engage and include people from different local and global cultures. Practice openness, inclusiveness, and ability to interact respectfully with diverse groups
- Develop and grow the Thailand Experiences Bangkok internships program.
Marketing and Sales
- Develop and implement effective TE marketing and sales strategy for overseas partners, including social media, instagram and other locations.
- Source and maintain partnerships with Thai organizations and program partners.
Key Metrics
- 10 percent increase in students onsite
- TE has and is implementing a successful and coherent marketing strategy
TE Business strategy
- Work closely with the founder to develop TE strategy.
- Support the founder in overseas partner management and communication.
Key Metrics
- TE successfully grows enrollments year on year.
- TE overseas partners report satisfaction with program offerings and outcomes.

Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week, flexible schedule and location. However work with students and groups will require work on the weekends and evenings in various locations.
Location:TE office is located in Chamchuri Square, but most work can be completed remotely, however staff may need to meet at the office on occasion. Work with students will require travel to various locations.
Salary: 45,000-50,000 Baht per month depending on experience, plus travel costs and other work-related expenses.

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent and persuasive English and Thai written communication
- International study, intern, and/or volunteer experience.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
- Ability and desire to travel.
- Self-starter and ability to thrive without a daily routine or supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and facility in connecting with a variety of clients (students, staff, faculty, upper administration).
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to strategize, anticipate, and take initiative.
- Functional knowledge of Google platforms, MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
