Love Wildlife Foundation is looking for a new team mate! :)  

Duties

• Assist with the management of the daily operations, including maintaining centralized filing systems, sourcing and managing inventory.
• Prepare and manage foundation documents and reports for the Board and related government agencies.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the foundation’s social media platforms.
• Coordinate and manage visas and work permits
• Support the team to make sure the operation run smoothly.
• Be the main point of contact for the organization (phone, emails, social media

Qualification

• Thai national only
• Highly organized with strong time management skills & ability to work independently.
• Exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions with ability to problem solve.
• Competent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Workspace
• Good communication skill in both Thai and English
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Thai.
• Preference given to those who has Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Natural Science, or related field (with an opportunity to be promoted to a project staff)

Salary Range 18,000 - 25,000 depending on experience
