Digital Marketing Manager - Base in Chiang Mai
Introduction
Flight of the Gibbon, the leading multinational eco-tour company based in Chiang Mai, Thailand seeks a visionary leader to take our online presence and lead generation to a new level, responsible for conceiving and executing breakthrough campaigns that successfully reach our consumers. You will act as the point person overseeing all Digital marketing contractors (B2C).
Reports to: Director of Digital Marketing and Technology
Job Description
• Develop effective branding and online marketing strategies to increase sales
• Analyze and optimize the campaigns in order to improve performance towards a target Return On Investment (ROI) and other KPIs
• Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to validate strength of programs
• Constantly identify growth areas for specific regions and conduct experiments
• Assist in developing custom reporting to provide more in-depth customer behavior tracking
• Assist in developing website usability to improve goal conversion
• Oversee all design and web production with assistance from in-house team and partners
• Liaise with partners for co-marketing activities
• Social media marketing on various social platforms such as Facebook, WeChat, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Youku and more.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Native Chinese preferred, fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential
• 5+ years digital marketing experience
• Ability to persuade and convince at different levels, including Senior Management level
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced independent culture juggling multiple projects
• Experience with CRM software, Google Analytics, Adwords, and marketing automation tools
• Google certification a bonus
• Must be metrics driven and an analytical marketer with attention to detail and the ability to create meaning from analytics
• Strong SEO / SMO knowledge and experience
• Proven aptitude for executing creative, strategic campaigns with entrepreneurial mindset
