1. Public Relation Executive - Base in Chiang Mai
Introduction:
As part of the Marketing & Media team, your main responsibility will be to coordinate with press contacts to arrange the distribution of Press Releases for Flight of the Gibbon in each of our locations. You will also be responsible for coordinating VIP visits, and following up with marketing activities to leverage the exposure of VIP visits to Flight of the Gibbon. Additional roles include assisting with online marketing such as social media, blogs and articles and attending seminars and other tourism events.
Job Description:
Plan and develop PR Strategy, Campaign and Budget
Take care of Public Relations activities that include create and circulate press releases in Thai and international media, news writing, interviews, press visits and media shootings
Develop list of media contacts and enhance relationships with newspaper publications, TV channels, online news etc.
Follow up and analyze media coverage of company and competitors
Manage and establish strong relations with TAT, tourism associations and other relevant organizations
Represent the company in tabletop sales, seminars and other tourism events
Perform other duties as assigned
Ability to work with 3rd party media partners
Create online media campaign strategies
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Duties include:
Assisting in the organization of execution of PR activities and events to promote the Flight of the Gibbon brand and providing high level exposure of events to a global audience
Assist in social marketing activities, including writing ads for social media, writing blogs and publishing news/press to various outlets.
Your Profile:
2-4 years of public relations experience required
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English and Thai writing skills
Outgoing, enthusiastic and extroverted
Team player
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in marketing or related field
2-4 years plus commercial experience in public relations
Excellent English communication skills
2. Sales Executives 1 position base in Chiang Mai and 1 position base in Pattaya
Introduction
Key job tasks/ duties/ responsibilities of Sales Executive include, but are not limited to, develop and grow market share for FOTG across various segments of the market, and to support other team members within the Company, to achieve corporate goals.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Description
To achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Collect, Analyze and provide accurate and timely reports and forecast so as to provide a clear insight into progress made towards target
Understand the customer’s needs and expectations and form long term business partnership
Develop a focused sales and activity plan
Assist in the running of specific sales and market campaigns
Effectively communicate promotions and tour information to customers and Agents
Able to work independently and as a valued team member
Participate in inter-departmental meetings and activities to meet goals
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent preferred, 2-3 years work experience with an emphasis in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, Tourism etc. or related field
Possesses strong written and oral communication skills, creative, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills
PC skills with emphasis in MS Office; (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to meet deadlines consistently, works well under pressure
Strong communication & presentation skills (in Thai and English)
Maintains the highest ethics and integrity
Must be organized, able to multi-task and to handle competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented with proven analytical and accuracy skills
Other Skills/Abilities
Basic understanding/knowledge of networking and local travel industry is beneficial
