Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Eligibility: Global; Preference for Thai Nationals or those with a current right to work in Thailand

Reports To: Head of JUMP! Experiences

Preferred Start Date: Immediate (As soon as possible)

Contract Term: Two-year term, with potential for extension

Application Deadline: August 15th

Salary Range: THB 1,080,000 - 1,320,000 annually *dependent on experience*

*Note: Salary includes a variable, performance-based target component.


OUR VISION FOR THIS ROLE:

The Director of JUMP! Experiences at JUMP! Foundation will be a visionary and strategic leader, responsible for guiding the overall direction and growth of the JUMP! Experiences programs. This role encompasses leadership and management of program directors and managers, strategic visioning, curriculum development, partnership development and management, financial performance, and staffing oversight.


WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Lead, Manage and Accountability (LMA) for a team of Program Directors and Managers, ensuring high-quality program delivery.
  • Develop and execute a clear strategy for the growth and expansion of JUMP! Experiences.
  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Lead staff development and create a high-performing team culture.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategy & Vision for JUMP! Experiences:

  • Continuously assessing market trends and educational needs to inform strategic direction.
  • Identifying and pursuing new partnership and expansion opportunities.
  • Leading innovative program development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to experiential learning.
  • Driving the expansion and diversification of JUMP! Experience offerings.


Direction for JUMP! Experiences Curriculum & Offering:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of the JUMP! Experiences curriculum.
  • Ensuring the curriculum remains dynamic, engaging, and relevant to diverse audiences.
  • Guiding the creation of new program offerings and educational content.
  • Maintaining educational excellence and alignment with best practices in experiential learning.
  • Facilitating curriculum reviews and updates based on participant feedback and educational research.


JUMP! Experiences Financial Performance:

  • Managing the financial performance of JUMP! Experiences, including budgeting, pricing, and revenue generation.
  • Ensuring financial sustainability and growth of the programs.
  • Making strategic decisions based on financial analysis and market insights.
  • Collaborating with the finance department to accurately track financial performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.


JUMP! Experiences Staffing Oversight:

  • Collaborating with the staffing function to implement the staffing strategy for JUMP! Experiences programs.
  • Ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-caliber staff.
  • Managing staff schedules, workload and resource allocation to optimize program delivery.
  • Promoting staff engagement and a positive work culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in experiential education or a related field.
  • Experience in curriculum development and educational program design.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and program management.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Strong visioning and innovative thinking skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to coach, manage and develop diverse teams to expectations; improving performance, while guiding, mentoring, and preparing them for future roles and career advancement.
  • Prior experience in South East Asia or a multicultural setting is beneficial.
