Background/IRC Summary:  The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is at work in over 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strengthen their communities. The IRC has been operating in Thailand since 1975 and currently provides assistance to displaced persons in Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Mae Hong Son provinces.

 

SCOPE OF INTERNSHIP:

To Assists Finance Team in preparing scan, copy documents, filing, keep tacking number sending to storage and checking time effort for all staff.

 

SPECIFIC TASKS:

  • Retrieve and filing audit document
  • Scan financial supporting document
  • Managing the vendor receipt to filing
  • Managing the filing system
  • Confirm receipt and time effort report on a monthly basis
  • Retrieving and printing documents for vat report.
  • Prepare to send withholding tax to all vendors.

Perform other tasks as requested by senior finance team members

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

 

  • Education: Studying in Accounting bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: Computer literate, excellent in MS excel.
  • Language Skills:  Local language with good English language skills (speak, write and read).
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn new skills and tasks.
