Invitation to Tender - Event Organizer for 4th CHW Symposium

Community Partners International (CPI) is pleased to announce that we are seeking a qualified event organizer to lead the planning and execution of the 4th Community Health Workers (CHW) Symposium. This event will be a global exchange of knowledge, emphasizing the essential role CHWs play in fostering resilient and equitable health systems, especially in communities impacted by polycrises. The 4th International CHW Symposium will bring together global health leaders, policymakers, academics, advocates and community health workers to advance the role of CHWs in achieving universal health coverage. 

 

About the Symposium

  • Event Name: 4th Community Health Workers Symposium
  • Proposed Dates: 10-14 November 2025 
  • Location: Impact Forum Building, IMPACT Arena, Bangkok, Thailand
  • Theme: 
    On the Front Lines: Empowering Community Health Workers to Create Equitable Health Systems in Contexts of Crisis, Migration, and Exclusion
  • Expected Attendance: 1,000 international participants

The symposium will feature plenary sessions, side events, networking events, site visits and an exhibition, with a focus on fostering collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

 

Scope of Work

We invite your organization to bid for the role of event organizer, which includes responsibilities such as:

  • Comprehensive event planning and logistics.
  • Venue management and coordination.
  • Registration and attendee management.
  • Audiovisual, IT, and media support.
  • Sponsorship activation and exhibitor management.
  • Coordination of on-site and virtual elements (for hybrid events).

A detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) document outlining the scope of work, expectations, and evaluation criteria is attached to this email for your review.

 

Submission Process

To express your interest, please submit a proposal that includes:

  1. An overview of your organization and relevant experience.
  2. Proposed approach to managing the Symposium.
  3. Detailed budget estimate.
  4. References from previous similar events
