Responsibilities |

Summary |
The Administrative Officer will work under the direction of the Operations Director in providing support on the day-to-day tasks associated with the administration of the organization. The Administrative Officer will help with correspondence and coordination, document preparation and processing, and office management. He/she will delegate tasks and supervise the Logistics and Admin Assistant. |
Job Specific |
Administrative Focal person for all organization documents. Translation of documents from Thai to English and/or English to Thai. Prepares documents for compliance with the Thai government including required documents for banking. Taking minutes of the meetings as requested Manages contract between Suwannimit Foundation and other parties such as office rent, photocopy machine rent. Processes payment of office related rent. Arranges meeting which includes booking of venue and catering service, and transportation arrangement. Handles travel arrangement of staff and visitors such as booking of flight and accommodation and vehicle arrangement. Maintains office supply and equipment
Finance Manages the budget for office costs. Handles transaction of payment such as money transfer, cash deposit and withdrawal.
Human Resource Manages the Logistics and Admin Assistant and HR Intern on a day to day basis.

Language(s) |
Thai proficiency Basic English speaking, reading, and writing |
Burmese or Karen an advantage |

Special interest in improving the works of grassroots organizations Self-motivated, and a self –starter but able to work as part of a team Demonstrated resourcefulness |
