Communications and Graphic Design Officer

Position Summary:

SUPA71 Co., Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and creative Communications and Graphic Design Officer to support communication and design needs across projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing content for both internal and external communications, designing high-quality visual materials, and supporting event coordination and stakeholder engagement efforts. This position can be full-time or part-time depending on the candidate’s availability and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support communications with project teams, research partners, and local and international stakeholders.
• Manage and regularly update websites and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).
• Develop and edit content including newsletters, blogs, press releases, presentations, and peer-reviewed articles.
• Design social media graphics, infographics, data visualizations, and other communication materials.
• Organize and support meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Document events through photography and videography.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all visual and communication outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in communications, graphic design, media, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree in communications, design, media, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Skilled in using design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent.
• Experience in basic video editing and website management (Thai and English).
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with EU-funded projects is an advantage.
• Thai nationality required.
