We are looking for an exceptional leader to join us as our new Head of Talent and Learning, driving forward our global strategy for talent, learning, engagement and organisational development. In this senior leadership role, you will have the chance to transform the way we develop talent and strengthen leadership capability, embedding a culture of learning, growth and inclusion at every level of the organisation. You will be central to ensuring our people strategies are informed by lived experience from Global South contexts, helping us to become a more globally representative and inclusive organisation.
Working as part of the People Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and colleagues across our international offices to design and deliver forward-thinking initiatives that attract and retain outstanding talent. You will play a vital role in creating innovative learning opportunities, supporting leaders to thrive, and building an engaged and high-performing global workforce.
This role is more than a leadership position, it is a chance to make a lasting impact on how our organisation grows, learns and evolves.
