HR. Officer (Juniro level) - เจ้าหน้าที่ทรัพยากรบุคคล

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment process (including contract preparation)
• Maintain employee records, filing systems & leave tracking
• Prepare time attendance summaries
• Support payroll tasks (e.g., OT & project-based payments)
• Organize internal events & employee activities
• Update HR policies & internal announcements
• Be flexible in supporting other HR admin tasks

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Thai nationality
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or administrative role
• Good knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR compliance
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under deadlines
• Positive attitude and a team player
