HR Supervisor (Head Office - Bangkok)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Employee Journey:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and the offer process.
- Partner with department heads and field managers to identify workforce needs and define role requirements.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, including orientation sessions, system readiness, and probationary period management.
- Manage offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews to gather actionable insights for improving retention and employee experience.
- Maintain and generate accurate manpower analytics, recruitment data, and vacancy status reports.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing professional guidance and resolving issues promptly.
- Support and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
Learning and Development (L&D):
- Support the implementation of L&D programs focused on upskilling, leadership development, and career pathing.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain and ensure all HR systems and personnel records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Administer the payroll process via HRIS and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare HR metrics, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are strictly aligned with Thai Labor Law and industry standards.
- Collaborate on global/regional HR projects from headquarters, including policy implementation and system rollouts.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the Director to support the overall efficiency of the HR function.
Qualifications:
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong focus on employee experience and organizational development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high integrity. And ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR functions; experience in a supervisory or senior role is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law and current employment regulations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for manpower reporting and data analysis).
- Proficient in English for effective workplace communication.
