POSITION OVERVIEW
The Curriculum and Training Product Manager is instrumental to the successful delivery of our programs as this role leads the creation and delivery of top-notch learning experiences for Generation Thailand. This includes designing, developing, and managing programs that help learners grow and contribute to the organization's continued success. We are seeking a talented full-time Instructional Training and Learning product Manager to lead our bootcamps and learning products and other tasks essential to our team.
Curriculum Training & Learning Product Manager will report to the CEO and will work in collaboration with Generation team, Global team, external partners, operations staff, delivery partners, instructors and other relevant stakeholders.
To be considered for the role, you should be innovative and adaptable with a strong growth mindset. You should’ve demonstrated leadership in an educational setting before, and are looking for a challenging and strategic role. You should have some experience in online training preferably.
Type of employment: Full-time employment position for 1-year (with possibility of extension, subject to funding)
Working Environment: This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand. The working arrangement is flexible (able to visit the office at least twice a week).

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU'LL NEED:
DESIRABLE PROFILE : Candidates for this role would be expected to possess the following experience and qualifications:
Experience & Education
- Expert Educator: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Education or related field with 3–5 years in adult training, vocational education, or online delivery.
- Learning Product specialist: Must demonstrate expertise in end-to-end curriculum design and managing the "learning product" lifecycle from pilot to scale.
- Instructional Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and support an internal and external team of educators, instructors and learning designers.
- Global & Local Connector: Proven ability to work across multinational teams and cultures, with a track record of localizing global frameworks for the Thai market without losing core methodology.
- Social advocate: Passionate about social impact with experience in start-ups or non-profits (highly desired).
- Digital User: High proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Drive and digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, Canvas).
- LMS & Data Literacy: Experienced in using Learning Management Systems to analyze data and drive strategic program improvements.
- Bilingual Communicator: Native-level fluency in Thai and professional English, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic Owner: Highly independent self-starter who takes proactive ownership of targets and program growth.
- Agile & Reflective: Collaborative team player who thrives on giving/receiving feedback and possesses a strong attention to detail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Training Strategic Leadership:(30%):
- Vision & Strategy: Partner with senior leadership to define the long-term vision and key initiatives for Generation Thailand’s learning ecosystem.
- Product Innovation: Lead the end-to-end design and development of new curricula, from initial research and pilot phases to full-scale evaluation.
- Global & Local Quality: Oversee program quality monitoring to ensure all learning activities align with local SOPs and Global methodology expectations.
- Strategic Growth: Analyze learning trends and emerging technologies to ensure programs provide the best return on investment for learners and employer partners.
Learning Product Development and Management (20%):
- Needs Analysis & Mapping: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and lead activity mapping for new programs, defining the technical skills, behaviors, and mindsets required for success.
- Instructional Design & Execution: Architect high-quality learning resources including learning activities, assessments, and facilitator guides using innovative adult learning principles.
- Global and local Product Alignment: Collaborate with the Global C&I team and local partners to ensure the learning journey is culturally relevant to Thailand while adhering to Generation’s global methodology.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning products and maintain a centralized repository for seamless delivery by instructors.
Instructor Onboarding, Development, and Management (15%):
- Training Strategy: Develop and implement the national strategy for instructor growth, ensuring all staff, instructors and training providers are experts in delivering Generation’s unique methodology.
- Academic & Institutional Integration: Build and manage strategic partnerships with universities in Thailand to identify and upskill faculty members. You will lead the "translation" of Generation’s curriculum into the university context, training professors and academic staff to adopt boot-camp-style delivery methods that align with industry standards and our core training methodology.
- Onboarding & Customization: Lead the design of onboarding learning activities and session plans in collaboration with Learning & Teaching coaches.
- Performance Coaching: Oversee continuous professional development and provide structured coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality delivery for our learners
Stakeholder Engagement, Monitoring, and Reporting (15%):
- Methodology Advocacy: Act as the primary spokesperson for Generation’s curriculum value proposition to employers, partners, and government stakeholders (e.g., MHESI).
- Quality Evaluation: Lead periodic evaluations of delivery partners and instructors to ensure the "Generation Standard" is maintained.
- Impact Monitoring: Partner with the Operations team to track the effectiveness of learners and alumni, using data to prove program ROI to funders and leadership.
Team Management and Professional Development (10%)
- Work Planning: Define clear milestones and co-develop work plans to ensure the training team meets strategic targets on time.
- Resource Optimization: Manage a mix of full-time and part-time resources (instructors/staff) to ensure optimal utilization and budget efficiency.
- Growth & Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate orientation sessions to support the professional and personal growth of team members.
Others (10%)
- Methodology Alignment: Ensure the entire program lifecycle from recruitment to ROI collection is aligned with Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation standards for all learning products and outcomes, ensuring data is stored securely and is audit-ready for Thailand's requirements.

Generation Thailand, officially launched in 2021 under the support of Thailand's Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation and Microsoft, aimed to train and place 350 individuals in technology and healthcare roles over 24 months. To date, we have exceeded our initial targets, with 361 alumni completing the program and achieving an 85% average employment rate. Our success is reflected in strong partnerships with 29 business organizations and the engagement of 57 expert instructors, demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach in both the Technology (Junior Software Developer) and Healthcare Services (Senior Care Professional) sectors. Building on these achievements, we are now launching the GenNX NEXT Program, which aims to develop specialized skills for Thailand's rapidly growing Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, aligning with government and MHESI policies for sustainable economic development.
