About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Bangkok Climate Action Week (BKKCAW), a year-round action and learning platform on climate issues in which the organisation plays an active coordinating role.
Delivery of BKKCAW will form a significant part of this role, providing a key context for working closely with internal teams, partners, and a wide range of stakeholders. BKKCAW also serves as an important platform through which multiple projects, collaborations, and initiatives are coordinated and delivered as part of the organisation’s broader work.
In addition to BKKCAW, the Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects and initiatives across the organisation, translating ideas into execution and ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organisational priorities as well as donor and partner expectations. The role works closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders, and plays an important role in coordination, timeline management, reporting, and quality assurance across programs, events, and funded projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Plan, organise, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and task lists.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors.
- Track progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Identify risks and issues and propose practical solutions.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Act as a key point of contact for project partners and collaborators.
- Coordinate with donors, partners, and external stakeholders as required.
- Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking.
- Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
Budget & Resource Coordination
- Coordinate project budgets in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Track project expenses against approved budgets.
- Support financial documentation and reporting related to projects.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to funding requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare project updates, progress reports, and final reports.
- Maintain project documentation, files, and records in an organised manner.
- Support donor or partner reporting by providing timely project information.
- Capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure project activities align with organisational standards and values.
- Support compliance with donor requirements and agreements.
- Monitor quality of outputs and outcomes.
- Ensure approvals and sign-offs are obtained when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience managing projects in an NGO, foundation, social enterprise, or similar environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and partners.
- Ability to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables effectively.
Preferred
- Experience managing donor-funded or grant-based projects.
- Familiarity with event-based or program-based project delivery.
- Experience preparing reports for donors or partners.
- Knowledge of basic budgeting and expense tracking.

Working Arrangement & Compensation
- Position: Full-time
- Group insurance
- Salary: Up to THB 60,000-85,000 per month, depending on experience
- Location: Hybrid
