PURPOSE OF POSITION

To design, manage, and optimize the organization’s data warehouse and operational data environment to support reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data management. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable data integration, structured data models, data quality, and efficient data operations that enable timely and accurate decision-making across the organization. The role works closely with digital business partner and digital solution to maintain sustainable data structures, support analytics requirements, and improve accessibility and usability of organizational data while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and data protection requirements. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Warehouse Management

• Design and optimize data warehouse structures and data models to support operational and management reporting.
• Manage data storage organization and data availability to ensure reliable access to organizational data.
• Define and maintain data architecture standards, metadata, and technical documentation.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and sustainability of the data warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to support data integration, reporting, and analytics requirements.
• End Result(s): Reliable and structured Data Warehouse environment that supports reporting, analytics, and operational decisionmaking. 

Data Operations & Data Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes and integration workflows to support reliable and scalable data operations.
• Monitor and support daily data operations and scheduled data refresh processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and processing issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate data availability for reporting and analytics.
• End Result(s): Consistent and reliable data operations with timely availability of integrated organizational data.

Data Quality & Data Reliability

• Define and maintain data quality checks and validation processes.
• Monitor data consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational data issues.
• Support continuous improvement of data reliability standards.
• End Result(s): High-quality and validated datasets that can be trusted for operational and
  management reporting.

Reporting & Analytics Enablement

• Prepare and structure datasets for dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support business users and analysts in accessing and understanding data.
• Improve reporting efficiency and query performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support analytics requirements.
• End Result(s): Accessible and wellstructured datasets that support timely reporting and business analysis.

Data Governance & Compliance Support

• Support implementation of data governance practices and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and PDPA requirements related to data handling.
• Support audits and compliance activity when required.
• End Result(s): Controlled and compliant use of organizational data aligned with organizational policies and data protection requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Formal training or demonstrated knowledge in data management, data architecture, or data integration.
• Training or working knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• No specific professional license or registration is required.
• Certification is not mandatory but considered an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data warehouse management, data operations, data integration, or related roles.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience in ETL/ELT processes and operational data management.
• Experience supporting dashboards, reporting, or business analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with data quality and experience collaborating with business users and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation processes.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and operational data management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft data and reporting technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server, and related data integration tools.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, and data security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Thai and proficient English (written and spoken).
• Hybrid working with occasional travel to field offices or regional meetings.
