Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to support our DARE Network’s mission (www.darenetwork.com)  by managing financial operations in a transparent and accountable manner. The role involves managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring accurate financial recording and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial reports for DARE Core Management Team and Donors
• Manage daily financial operations, including payments and record-keeping
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and external partners
• Work closely with DARE core management team to support implementation activities

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience in finance or accounting with minimum 2 years’ experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of financial software (Fast Fund) and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Preference to work in a small but dedicated team
• Must have Thai ID Card

Language Considerations:

• The languages used in the office are Thai, English, Karen and Burmese.  Prefer Thai and English, other languages are an asset.
