Are you a finance professional committed to ensuring accuracy, integrity, and excellence in organizational financial management?
CPI is seeking a Head of Accounting and Treasury to lead its centralized accounting and treasury unit supporting the U.S. Headquarters, Thailand, Myanmar, and Bangladesh country offices. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data and reporting across all business units.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and oversee organizational accounting, payments, and banking operations to ensure efficient and compliant financial management.
- Maintain and strengthen internal control systems and ensure statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Produce consolidated financial reports for management and audit purposes, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.
- Coordinate closely with finance teams in each country office to ensure consistency and integrity of financial data.
- Support strategic financial management by providing accurate and complete data that informs organizational decision-making.
- While the Senior Finance Director and Finance Director lead financial analysis and strategic oversight, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and completeness of all underlying financial information that drives those functions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- CPA, Chartered Accountant, or an equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or treasury, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience working with Thai nonprofits, multi-country operations, or international organizations is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Thai Foundation compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of both U.S. GAAP and Thai accounting standards.
- Proven experience in financial data management, consolidation, and system-based reporting.
- Proficiency in Sun Systems or similar accounting/ERP software.
- Strong technical accounting and data validation skills with high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of internal controls, compliance, and audit preparedness.
- Commitment to organizational transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong command of both Thai and English languages (written and spoken).
