Position: Project Coordinator

Employment status: Full time

Location: Bangkok (hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who's as comfortable conducting background research and managing spreadsheets/databases as they are jumping on a call with a partner organisation and representing the organisation in external forums. Someone who takes pride and ownership in their work, is a natural team player/ collaborator, communicates clearly, has a good work ethic with a high sense of personal responsibility, and is ambitious and eager to learn and grow.  

In this role, you'll support the planning and delivery of JUTI's projects — with a major focus on Bangkok Climate Action Week (BKKCAW), a city-wide climate platform bringing together organisations, venues, and communities across Bangkok. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, Partnership Lead, and Communications team to keep things organised, aligned, and moving.

What You'll Do:

Project Coordination & Operations

• Support the implementation of project plans across JUTI initiatives, with a focus on BKKCAW
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple workstreams
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation, trackers, and internal systems
• Assist with budget tracking, expense coordination, and financial records
• Keep internal coordination running smoothly across teams

Event & Programme Coordination

• Help coordinate multiple events across the BKKCAW platform
• Assist in matching programme partners with venue partners
• Track event information and follow through on readiness
• Facilitate communication between event organisers and key stakeholders
• Provide on-site coordination support during key events when needed

Stakeholder Coordination

• Keep communication clear and consistent across internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action points
• Handle partner enquiries professionally and promptly
• Support bilingual communication (English–Thai) as needed

Data, Reporting & Documentation

• Collect, organise, and maintain programme and partner data
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
• Assist in developing internal guidelines and coordination documents
• Support funder reporting and documentation where required

Business Development & Organisational Support

• Support proposal development and research for new opportunities
• Help prepare materials for partners, funders, and stakeholders
• Contribute to improving workflows, tools, and systems across JUTI

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Thai (written and spoken)
• Experience in project coordination, event management, or working across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once
• Comfortable with details, but always aware of the bigger picture
• A clear, confident communicator — written and in person
• Proactive and solutions-focused, especially when things don't go to plan
• At ease with coordination tools, data, and timelines

Nice to have:

• Experience with large-scale events, festivals, or multi-partner platforms
• Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, or similar tools
• An interest in climate, sustainability, or social impact work

Working Arrangement & Compensation

• Position: Full-time
• Group Insurance
• Salary: Up to THB 25,000-45,000 per month, depending on experience
• Location: Hybrid
