Strategic Communications Agency
for Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026
We are looking for a communications agency that’s as comfortable shaping high-level strategy and narratives as they are executing content, campaigns, and storytelling on the ground. A partner who takes real ownership, thinks creatively and strategically, collaborates closely, communicates clearly, and is proactive in driving work forward.
This is not just an execution role — this is a strategic and creative partnership.
BKKCAW is a narrative-driven and engagement-led platform. This is one of the most critical external functions in making the platform meaningful, accessible, and impactful.
1. Role
Lead communication, storytelling, and public engagement across the entire platform lifecycle (April–November).
Act as a strategic, creative and execution partner for BKKCAW, co-developing the communication strategy and delivering high-quality campaigns and content.
This is the most critical external function, as BKKCAW is a narrative-driven and engagement-led platform.
The agency is expected to proactively shape communication direction as well as execute tasks.
2. Scope of Work
2.1 Strategic Communication & Narrative Development
- Lead development and execution of an integrated BKKCAW communication strategy across all phases
- Translate the theme into clear, compelling, and accessible narratives
- Design campaign architecture aligned with the yearly theme and platform objectives
- Ensure all communication approaches support broad public engagement and inclusive participation
2.2 Content Production & Campaign Execution
A. Social Media Content
- Develop a detailed content plan aligned with the overall strategy
- Create a social media calendar with a minimum of 3 posts per week
- Develop and publish:
- Countdown posts
- Speaker and event spotlights
- Daily schedules
- Recap posts
- Cross-platform content (as appropriate)
B. Video & Photo Storytelling
- Photo documentation of the full event week and 2 key stakeholder engagement events (May 7 and Jul)
- For social media, website, impact reports, and fundraising decks
- Including editing

- Short highlight reels
- Content for social media and website
- Potential fundraising use for future editions
- Including editing
C. Motion & Broadcast Assets
- Lower-thirds and logo overlays for livestreams ( adding simple on-screen graphics during livestreams, like speaker names and BKKCAW logos, to improve clarity and branding.)
- Motion graphics / animations
- Title cards and end slates for video content
D. Editorial Content
- Speaker highlights
- Partner highlights
- Support identification of relevant speakers and storytellers aligned with campaign narratives
- Support outreach and coordination for speaker participation in communication-related activities (e.g. interviews, features, content appearances)
2.3 Campaign & Event Materials
A. On-site Event Materials
- Large-scale signage (OOH assets, banners, entrance arch, directional wayfinding)
- Stage design backdrops and digital screens
- Printed programme guide (agenda, speaker bios, maps)
- Name lanyards
- Partner logo walls and sponsor recognition boards
B. Digital Materials
- Infographics (climate impact, event statistics)
- Mailchimp assets (headers, CTA buttons, banners)
2.4 Public Engagement Campaigns
- Support and execute public-facing campaigns
2.5 Digital Platform & Live Engagement
- Support management of digital platforms and social media channels (in coordination with Communications Manager)
- Lead real-time storytelling and content production during event week
3. Working Alignment & Governance
- All work must be closely aligned with BKKCAW’s Mission, Values and Goals
- The agency will work in close collaboration with the Communications Manager, who oversees overall communication across the platform
- The Communications Manager will review, coordinate, and ensure consistency across all outputs
- All strategic directions, narratives, and key outputs are subject to final review and approval by the BKKCAW Program Manager
4. Contribution to Strategic Pillars
- Make Capital & Industry narratives accessible ( Turning complex topics related to finance and industry into simple, engaging stories that people can easily understand and relate to.)
- Drive participation in the Citizen Economy
- Lead Cultural & Narrative Shift
- Ensure coherence across the platform
5. Deliverables
- BKKCAW communication strategy, campaign plan, and content calendar
- Campaign assets and content outputs
- Engagement metrics and performance reporting
- Photography and videography outputs
