Sati Foundation is a non-profit organization working on children and youth issues, currently hiring for the following positions:

Operations Manager
Oversees all internal organizational systems, including human resources (HR), finance, and day-to-day operations — such as employee documentation, performance evaluations, benefits administration, and program budget and financial management — as well as coordinating with the team and project supporters/funders. Ideal for someone with strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in both Thai and English.

Psychology Officer
Provides psychological support and mental health services for children, youth, and families through individual and group counseling, developmental and psychological assessments, crisis intervention, and community-based mental health programs. Works closely with multidisciplinary teams, schools, hospitals, and partner organizations to develop appropriate care plans and create safe, supportive environments for vulnerable young people. Ideal for someone with a background in psychology, experience working with children or vulnerable populations, and a strong commitment to trauma-informed, human-centered care.
