ผู้บริหารสายงาน:
ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหาร (Executive Director) และผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายแผนงาน (Program Director)

การเดินทางปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่:
ประมาณ 15–20% ของเวลาปฏิบัติงาน ภายในประเทศไทย ได้แก่ พื้นที่อำเภอแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล รวมถึงพื้นที่ภาคใต้ ตามความจำเป็นของงานและโครงการ

พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน:
อำเภอตะกั่วป่า และอำเภอคุระบุรี จังหวัดพังงา

ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับการศึกษาให้แก่เด็ก เยาวชน และชุมชนแรงงานข้ามชาติ ผ่านการบริหารจัดการ 7 โครงการหลัก ได้แก่ ศูนย์เรียนรู้ข้ามชาติ (ULC & ACME), การศึกษานอกระบบ (NFE), โครงการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ (Cafe Lab), ทุนการศึกษา, การศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนรัฐ (EFA), เครือข่ายแลกเปลี่ยน และงานวิจัยระดับนานาชาติ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• บริหารและพัฒนากลยุทธ์: วางแผน ติดตาม และประเมินผล (MEAL) แผนงานด้านการศึกษาในภาพรวม
• ดูแลศูนย์เรียนรู้: สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการศูนย์เรียนรู้ ULC และ ACME ให้ปลอดภัยและมีคุณภาพ
• ประสานงานภาคีเครือข่าย: เชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือกับภาครัฐ (ศธ./สกร.) ภาคประชาสังคม ภาคเอกชน และแหล่งทุนทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
• บริหารงบประมาณและบุคลากร: ดูแลการใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามแผน นำทีมครู เจ้าหน้าที่ และพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมงาน

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Essential Qualifications)

การศึกษา: ปริญญาโท สาขาศึกษาศาสตร์ การบริหารการศึกษา การพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศ สังคมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์: อย่างน้อย 10 ปี ด้านการศึกษาหรือการบริหารจัดการโครงการ หากมีประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการซับซ้อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ทักษะภาษา:

• ภาษาไทย ระดับดีขึ้นไป
• ภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับสูงเพื่อการทำงาน
• ภาษาเมียนมา หากสื่อสารได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์:
ชำนาญการใช้งาน Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet)

ทักษะส่วนบุคคล:
มีภาวะผู้นำ มีการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ ทำงานข้ามวัฒนธรรมได้ดี และยึดมั่นในสิทธิเด็กและความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา

ความเป็นมาโดยสังเขป

มูลนิธิการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาเริ่มดำเนินงานตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2543 ในนามกลุ่มนักพัฒนาระดับรากหญ้า ต่อมาได้ขยายงานช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมหลังเหตุการณ์สึนามิในปี พ.ศ. 2547 และจดทะเบียนเป็นมูลนิธิอย่างถูกต้องในปี พ.ศ. 2550 ดำเนินงานในฐานะนิติบุคคลของประเทศไทยมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน

Salary:
THB 25,000 per month after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period.
During the probationary period, the salary will be THB 22,500 per month.

Nationality:

Duty Station:
Khuekkhak Subdistrict, Takua Pa District, Phang Nga Province, Thailand

Reporting To:
Executive Director and Program Director

Travel Requirements:
Approximately 15–20% of working time within Thailand, including Mae Sot District, Tak Province; Mae Hong Son Province; Bangkok and its surrounding areas; as well as other locations in Southern Thailand, depending on project and operational needs.

POSITION

Education Program Coordinator
Foundation for Education and Development (FED)

Duty Areas:
Takua Pa District and Khura Buri District, Phang Nga Province

The Education Program Coordinator will contribute to advancing and strengthening educational opportunities for children, youth, and migrant communities through the management and coordination of seven key programs, including Migrant Learning Centers (ULC & ACME), Non-Formal Education (NFE), vocational training through Cafe Lab, scholarships, Education for All (EFA) supporting access to Thai public schools, exchange networks, and international research initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Strategy, Planning and Development
  Plan, monitor, and evaluate (MEAL) the overall education program and its implementation.
• Learning Center Management and Support
  Support the management and development of ULC and ACME learning centers to ensure safe, inclusive, and quality learning environments.
• Partnership and Stakeholder Coordination
  Develop and maintain collaboration with government agencies, including the Ministry of Education and the Department of Learning Encouragement (S.K.R.), civil society organizations, private sector partners, and local and international donors.
• Budget and Human Resource Management
  Monitor program expenditures in accordance with approved plans, provide leadership to teachers and staff, and support team capacity development.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
A Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Professional Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in education or project management. Experience in managing complex projects will be an advantage.

Language Skills:

• Thai: Good or above
• English: Advanced working proficiency
• Myanmar: Knowledge of Myanmar language will be an advantage

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Meet.

Personal and Professional Competencies:
Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, ability to work effectively across cultures, and a strong commitment to children's rights and equality in education.

The Education Program provides educational support to migrant children in Thailand, with the aim of strengthening their knowledge and skills, including Thai language, understanding of Thai laws, and peaceful coexistence within society. The program is grounded in the principles of children's rights and seeks to contribute to peaceful and harmonious communities.

The program has been implemented for more than 10 years through collaboration with Thai communities, civil society organizations, and government agencies.

The Foundation for Education and Development began its work in 2000 as a grassroots development group. In 2007, it was formally registered as a foundation under Thai law and has continued to operate as a legally registered Thai entity to the present day.
