Summary |
Suwannimit Foundation (SNF) is a Thailand registered foundation dedicated to strengthening the operational capacity and programming impact of community-based organizations that service underprivileged people on the Thailand-Burma border. The Trainer (Part-time) for TCC Non Profit Organization Management (NPO) Level 1 Course will be based in Mae Sot. The trainer will prepare the curriculum in accordance with the approved TCC NPO course and adjusting the teaching methodology to meet the learning pace of trainees. The Trainer will ensure that appropriate quality control mechanisms are in place for the course. The Trainer will also provide mentoring and support to trainees to ensure that the formal training program will be successfully implemented. |

Education |
Bachelor or masters degree or passed the high school equivalently Applicants must be finished the PYU OD course |

Work Experience |
At least two years’ working with civil society partners in a capacity building/ organizational development; Have an experience in teaching and know about the Adult Learning Method |

Skills/Knowledge/Aptitude |
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, including the ability to design and deliver trainings and facilitate workshops; Able to work independently while being a strong team player; Culturally sensitive with the ability and interest to identify and work with a multi-ethnic team; Familiarity with delivery of administration, education, and humanitarian assistance for displaced Burmese |

Fluency in English and Burmese Karen and Thai, an advantage |
