Position: Talent Acquisition Associate/เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง

 

 

The Talent Acquisition team is on the front line of our organization. The team identifies, cultivates and influences future Thai leaders to apply and join the Fellowship – we recruit our nation’s greatest talent and provide them with training and support that will help them thrive in the classroom and equip them with skills to be leaders in all professional contexts.

 

 

Role: As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment. You will create an effective marketing strategy, build and maintain relationships (with student leaders, administrators, faculty members, advisors, and other key campus stakeholders), work on creating a compelling pitch to prospective applicants, source and select the best talent for our schools which will be at the heart of your work.  In addition, you will adopt a sales and marketing approach to compel talented individuals to apply to Teach For Thailand and build a movement at your campus to ensure that Teach For Thailand recruits 120 Fellows by 2017.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

 

Strategic planning:

  • Create strategic campus recruitment plans of the targeted universities
  • Conduct data analysis and use tracking systems to determine effectiveness of campaign strategy and execution

 

 

 

 

 

Branding strategy

  • Plan and execute branding strategies to create brand awareness and brand engagement
  • Build a strong brand on targeted campus by promoting Teach For Thailand to students from assigned universities and influence high potential candidates to apply for the Fellowship Program;
  • Promote the brand through online (e.g. social media) and offline channels (e.g. poster, event)
  • Lead and run impactful events on campus or other Teach For Thailand events
  • Recruit and lead a team of Brand Managers (university campus based student volunteers) by empowering Brand Managers to promote and make impacts for the Fellowship Program; and provide feedbacks on Brand Managers’ operations/performances as required

 

Build and maintain strong relationship:

  • Establish, foster and maintain added value relationships with important networks at assigned universities us through clear communication plans which engage key stakeholders with Teach For Thailand’s vision;

 

Effective communications:

  • Deliver a compelling pitch to professors, prospective applicants, etc.
  • Create an opportunity to have great conversation or speech to get the big names on campus
  • Cultivate potential talents and incoming participants through events, regular telephone calls and meetings;

 

Talent sourcing & selection:

  • Recruit high potential candidates to be our Fellows from target universities
  • Review and score candidate applications in accordance with Teach For Thailand’s selection model;
  • Coordinate and communicate with both successful and unsuccessful applicants during all stages of the recruitment and selection process;
  • Act as an assessor during Teach For Thailand’s assessment centers in accordance with the selection model and Teach For Thailand’s value at all times;
  • Other responsibilities/special projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any fields
  • Thai nationality or legally authorized to work in Thailand
  • +2 years hands-on working experience with proven track record of achievement
  • Experience of recruitment, sales or marketing, business development or any relevant work experience in achieving targets
  • Excellent persuasive communication and compelling presentation skills
  • Good relationship-building skills
  • Accountable, organizational and goal-oriented skills
  • Self-starter and good team player
  • Strategic planning and analytical data skills
  • Flexible (able to travel and work on weekend occasionally)
  • Passionate about education, working with people and working for society
  • Fluency in spoken Thai and proficiency in English is required.

 

Compensation: Compensation for this position is competitive and depends on prior experience.
