Roles Summary & Job Description
Outreach and Selection (O&S) works with pre-applicants serving as the first point of contact for potential participants and partner organizations throughout the world. The International Outreach and Recruitment Specialist develops and coordinates the implementation of the outreach and recruitment strategy for a designated world region, providing subject matter expertise to a wide array of stakeholders on IIE’s portfolio of outreach activities and country-specific educational systems

Interacts with institutions of higher education, scholarly associations and, as needed, other external constituencies, including vendors, consultants, and contractors, to professionally represent IIE. Develops and maintains key relationships with partners. Recruits and serves as direct point of contact for potential applicants interested in a variety of programs. |

Accountable for outreach and recruitment strategy implementation within the assigned countries or geographic region. Oversees the coordination and implementation of outreach and recruitment activities for program(s) including the development and dissemination of appropriately branded outreach materials, accurate recordkeeping and metrics, and reporting. |

In consultation with stakeholders, develops a targeted annual outreach and recruitment strategy for program(s) within the assigned world region. |

Serves as a subject matter expert on educational systems within the designated world region; advises partners and clients on country-specific recruitment and admissions-related considerations. |
