You will work with key stakeholders, ensure the effective implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework of the GRAISEA programme which is regional and country – and work collaboratively with partners and Oxfam staff to plan MEL activities, ensuring space for practice-based learning and alignment with existing programme logical frameworks. You will also lead innovation in MEL, compliance and reporting, generating evidence for learning as well as knowledge management.
