We are looking for the best candidate; Master graduates (Thai Nationality Only), to take up full-time job as AUN Programme Officer
Roles and Responsibilities
The Programme Officer will be looking after the following projects:
- AUN Sub-networks:
- AUN USR&S (AUN University Social Responsibility & Sustainability),
- AUN/SEED-Net (AUN Southeast Asia Engineering Education Development Network)
- AUN-HRE (AUN Human Rights Education Network)
- AUN-HPN (AUN Health Promotion Network),
- AUN-DPPnet (AUN Disability and Public Policy Network)
- AUN-QA Assessments under guidance of the AUN-QA Chairperson and Chief of AUN-QA.
General Administration
- Identifies and resolves diverse issues and problems as they arise, determining the appropriate actions.
- Performs other related administrative duties, as required (e.g., operational program, monitoring and process payments to related vendors and individual contractors for accommodation, services, and the identification of office technology needs and maintenance of equipment, software and systems).
- Performs related duties assigned by the Senior Programme Officer, Chief of AUN-QA, and the AUN-QA Chairperson.

- Knowledge regarding the application of financial disbursement, reimbursement, and advices is an advantage
- Ability to manage processes, maintains accurate records, interpret/analyze a wide variety of data, and identify/resolve data discrepancies and activity problems.

Education
Master Degree in Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences or related fields.
Work Experience
There is no work experience required. We would like to recruit a graduate who is interested to work in a challenging environment. The successful candidate will receive a base salary and a fringe benefit. There is a chance to travel in ASEAN region.
Languages
English and Thai are the working languages at the AUN-QA Secretariat. For this position, fluency in oral and written English Language is required.
Monthly Salary Range: 30,000 – 33,000 Baht
