Position Title: Information, Communication and Knowledge Management (ICKM) Specialist
Open Period: 10 September – 31 October 2018
Position Description: The ICKM Specialist implements and further develops RIMES’ ICKM strategy to: increase RIMES staff access to information; communicate RIMES work to external audiences; capture, package and disseminate knowledge from project implementation; foster staff learning, exchange of insights, collaboration and innovation; and enhance institutional memory. He/ She also contributes to quality assurance of project reports, assists in finalizing research manuscripts, and provides research support to the Program Management Unit.
Duty Station: RIMES Regional Facility, Asian Institute of Technology campus, Pathumthani, Thailand
Type of Contract: Full-time staff

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge: Bachelor, preferably Master, degree in communication arts, international development, or other relevant social science
Experience: Demonstrated experience in formulating and implementing an ICKM strategy; at least 4 years of experience in organizational learning and in capturing and communicating knowledge from development projects
Skills and Abilities: English proficiency in communication, presentation, and report writing; demonstrated research skills; demonstrable ability to package information for different audiences
Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities; flexibility and ability to work hard independently and in a team
