Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist, Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons
Effective with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International is recruiting applicants for the position of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist (MEL Specialist) for the USAID-funded Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) program. The program falls under Winrock’s Civic Engagement and Social Equity (CESE) Unit within the Civil Society & Education (CSE) Group. The responsibilities, duties, and qualifications are described in the attached position description.

Position Description
POSITION TITLE: MEL Specialist, USAID Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons
LOCATION: Bangkok, Thailand
DEPARTMENT: Civic Engagement and Social Equity
REPORTS TO: Chief of Party, USAID Thailand CTIP Program
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist will be responsible for managing all project monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities, including updating the existing MEL framework and tools, putting in place data quality assurance processes to ensure the timeliness and validity of data entry and analysis, and capacity strengthening for staff and partners. The MEL specialist will also contribute to USAID Thailand CTIP donor reporting and communication with other CTIP projects in the region.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Advanced degree in economics, business, international relations, social science, political science, or related field. Degree in statistics and or related specialized training preferred.
