The Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific is looking for a Human Resources Associate to deliver a full range of HR support services to ensure accurate implementation of WFP policies and procedures and facilitate the effective functioning of a client-focused and strategy-oriented HR services.

Key Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: completion of secondary school education. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business/Public Administration or related fields is an advantage.
Work Experience: Six or more years of responsible work experience in Human Resources administration in a global/multinational organization with a minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment. Work experience in HR operations service delivery would be an added advantage. Experience in analysing HR information & reports is desirable Experience and in-depth understanding of administrative principles and their application to respond to and resolve a range of complex administrative queries.
Knowledge & Skills:
Language: fluency in both oral and written communication skills in English.
