Responsibility :
This person will be responsible for monitoring & evaluation of all projects under the new funding model (NFM). Responsible in the development of project indicators, information system, project data-base for monitoring and evaluation. Monitor project implementation and progress of sub-recipients (SR) and Raks Thai’s sub-offices according to the all commitments under the signed contracts to ensure proper and effective project management. Preparing detailed program work-plans, budget plans as well as preparing/drafting donor reports according to standards and requirements. Help in the development of new projects. Help organize technical workshops and seminars related to project goal and objectives. Strengthen capacity of local staff and partner organizations in program management. Facilitate regular monitoring missions and coordinate reviews of program results.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or higher in political science, social science, public health or related field.
- Having 2-3 year- experience in project management. Preferred experiences in project design, monitoring and evaluation.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Thai, computer skills and good communication skills.
- Understanding of and experience in working in development projects in relation to reproductive health, migrants, human rights and income generating activities will be an advantage.
- Good facilitation skills in planning and conceptualizing complex issues.
- Having wide interest in social issues especially the plight of disadvantaged groups and their rights.
