Stray animal care southeast asia project manager (m/f/d)

Full-time / 40 hours per week / Bangkok, Thailand

Your contribution will be

• Managing the FOUR PAWS Southeast Asia partnership programme, along with coordinating dog and cat meat trade local activities as part of the campaign core team
• Being responsible for the entire project management including creating systems and processes and documentation workflows as required
• Developing project plans in collaboration with core team members, and tracking all tasks to completion to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitoring budgets and spend for the partnerships - reporting to the Head of SAC Southeast Asia on a monthly basis
• Drafting and processing contracts, annexes and associated legal documents, based on existing templates
• Creating relevant reports and documents as well as conducting relevant research in cooperation with the Content Manager
• Monitoring and evaluating the program budgets and milestones

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the NGO environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Organisational talent with high level attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work with colleagues from different time zones 
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (but paying attention to the candidate’s personal needs)
• Thai citizen or alternatively resident with visa deemed applicable for work permit
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
