HR DIRECTOR
Santi Dharma Foundation is the Non-Profit Organization which has its vision to help society and uphold Buddhism. We have a large forest area of more than 500 rai at Lamphun province. Our goal is to be the largest Forest Meditation Center in the Northern Part of Thailand. We need people who are interested in Dharma and have volunteer spirit to work with us. An important position that can help us recruit other positions is HR Director. This position is responsible for various functions such as HR, Purchasing, Administration, and Activities etc.
Responsibilities
- Recruit important positions for Director level up and also control all recruitment processes
- Manage all HR functions; Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Talent management, Internal communication, Dharma Activities etc.
- Create a corporate culture and awareness of volunteering for employees.
- Plan and organize merit-making activities in accordance with the direction and strategy of the Foundation.
- Develop employees and organizations to be a foundation with modern work.
- Manage& Control purchasing process.
- Take care personal property of Chairman and all Admin functions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- 10+ years' of professional HR experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Able to work at Lamphun province (Sometimes)
- Interested in Dharma and volunteer activities.
- Has experience for working in Non-profit organization
