Good Neighbors is an international humanitarian development non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 1991 and currently operating in over 50 countries.
The Good Neighbors (Thailand) Foundation serves as the country office of Good Neighbors, dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and communities in Thailand. Our primary focus is on providing inclusive education opportunities for ethnic minority children in Chiang Rai, as well as humanitarian assistance in the border regions of Thailand.

Position Title: Assistant Project & Communication Officer
Monthly salary: 20,000 – 23,000 Thai Baht (depending on the qualifications)
Work condition: Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 08:30 – 17:00)
Contract Period: 1 year (including 4-months’ probation) with possibility to extend
Work location: True Digital Park/Punnawithi BTS station
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Field support
Participate in the field visits and events, providing logistical and operational support.
Collect data, photos, and information for reporting and communication purposes.
Prepare meeting notes and relevant documentation.
Administrative and Financial Coordination
Prepare and submit expense requests, quotations, and reimbursements in the internal system.
Record expenses (excluding petty cash) in the financial logbook before submission to the Finance Team.
Coordinate with the Administration and Finance Team to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Organize documents, receipts, and other records required for both project and office operations.
Support general administrative tasks and coordination related to office and project management as assigned.
Communication & Social Media
Develop and edit content for online platforms to promote project activities and enhance organizational visibility.
Design visual materials, including photos, videos, infographics, and reports.
Coordinate with project staff and stakeholders to collect stories, quotes, and media from the field.
Assist in managing GN’s online platform to ensure regular and consistent communication.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and public engagement.
