Role Description

You will report to Director of People & Culture and working closely with her to drive the HR services team for process improvement and drive the initiatives through organization transformation. 

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok for a People & Culture Manager (Human Resources Manager) with traveling required to visit Doitung and other development area MFLF manage. The role is involves leading and managing the organization’s human resources initiatives, including talent acquisition & onboarding, employee engagement, employee experience, total rewards policy compliance. The People & Culture Manager will also act as a key advisor to leadership on HR practices, collaborate with team leads to foster a strong organizational culture, and ensure alignment with the Foundation’s mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Passion to work in a purpose driven organization
  • Aim to be the giver and share mindset of sustainable development.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HRM functions, including talent acquisition, people engagement, employee relations, corporate services, total rewards and compliance
  • Ability to develop, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures
  • Exceptional people management, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
  • Experience in non-profit or social enterprise sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred
  • Able to travel when required
  • Ability to lead the change and develop team capabilities
