Admin & Logistics & IT support 

 

We are seeking individuals who can provide excellent administrative support to Oxfam in Thailand Office in various ad hoc jobs.  

 

(1) Event Coordinators - supporting Regional/Global Meetings, on average Oxfam in Thailand hosts 6-8 meetings a year. Each meeting requires 15-25 working days.  

Daily rate: 2,000 baht

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration or management.
  2. Strong organizational skills, time management, communication, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
  3. Be able to process payment documents
  4. Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, writing and listening)
  5. Be able to work effectively with customers who are in different locations or time zones.
  6. Flexible working style, responsiveness   

 

(2)  Data archiving and other admin tasks - transfer images of   documents to cloud storage while maintaining hard copies at the off-site storage for future reference. Handle other administration tasks as required.

Daily rate: 1,200 baht

Qualification:  

  1. bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration or management.
  2. Well organized paperwork, filing, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
  3. Be able to coordinate with storage service for scheduling transportation of new boxes to storage places. 

 

(3)  IT on-site support - hardware/software installation or upgrade, diagnose technical issues and coordinate with the global IT support team to resolve issues.

Daily rate: 3,000 baht

Qualification:

  1. Certification in IT infrastructure Library (ITIL) or equivalent.
  2. Good knowledge of technical infrastructure and its interdependence.
  3. Relevant experience in infrastructure support, desktop management environment, security software, data security management & GDPR, Microsoft O365, remote support tools.
  4. Good communication skills and able to coordinate with relevant parties who are based in different time zones.
  5. Experience with Call Tracking system such as Service-Now to log IT requests and issues.  
  6. Good English writing skill to prepare status report and email communications.
  7. Hand-on hardware removal for cleaning/tidy up unused cables
  8. Good communication skill in English

Successful candidates will be added into the framework agreement with Oxfam in Thailand for 2 years. They will be assigned to work on a particular job; it could be a short term (1-2 weeks) or long-term work (15 -30 days) you will be assigned to work.
