. Nurse 1 Position
Core Accountability & Responsibility

- To provide advice, information, education, and counseling to clients who receive HIV/STIs and other health-related services.
- To interpret and notify lab results to clients.
- To provide services, such as vaccine injection and STI treatment.
- To make appropriate referrals within the multidisciplinary team and to external agencies for supports and other needs.
- To screen, enroll, and follow-up clients in the related studies.
- Assist in site preparation, participant recruitment, screening, enrollment and follow-ups of assigned research studies.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree of nursing science
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience or research experience.
- Good understanding and sensitivity to gender diversity, people living with HIV, and other vulnerable populations as well as good understanding of the political and ethical issues surrounding HIV and AIDS.
- Must possess knowledge of other emerging work area including harm reduction, mental health, and SRH.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and ability to manage workload under pressure.
- Able to provide the services to clients with sensitivity to gender diversity and their social contexts.


2. Clinic Operation Officer 1 Position
Core Accountability & Responsibility
- Welcome clients and provide non-judgmental, gender-sensitive, and informative responses to all inquiries.

Respond to client inquiries through calls, emails, LINE Official, Facebook, and Instagram in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information on clinic services, promotions, and financial assistance programs.
Support telehealth services, including virtual consultations and online follow-ups, guiding clients through the process and troubleshooting access issues.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and clinicians, maintaining consistent service quality across both onsite and online channels.
- Ensure complete and accurate registration and service data entry in the clinic system.
- Manage appointment bookings and coordinate clinician schedules to maximize service availability.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or a related field, or equivalent minimum 2-3 years of experience in HIV and AIDS.
- Experience in environment of hospital, clinic, or medical service center are preferred.
- Provide HIV counseling and guidance on PrEP/PEP, supporting clients to cope with diagnosis.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in Thai and English with clients and staff.
- Manage multiple tasks under deadlines and work well under pressure.


3. Implementation Research Officer  1 Position
Core Accountability & Responsibility
- Assist in preparing study protocols, tools, and supporting documents.
- Support IRB submissions, amendments, and compliance tracking
- Ensure compliance to protocols and ethical guidelines under supervision
- Conduct data collection (quantitative and/or qualitative) according to study protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of study records.
- Assist in routine data quality checks and audits.
- Support communication with study sites, implementing partners, and community collaborators.
- Coordinate logistics for site-level activities (e.g., meetings, trainings, workshops).
- Conduct literature reviews and background desk research.

Participate in capacity-building opportunities and training sessions to strengthen personal research skills.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in research or implementation projects, preferably multi-site and donor-funded in HIV and related domains.
- Strong knowledge of HIV, sexual health, harm reduction, or key populationrelated research is highly desirable.

Proven experience in research conduct, data collection and data quality management technical reporting, and multi-site coordination
- Research Support Skills Ability to assist in preparing study protocols, tools, and IRB submissions, ensuring compliance with ethical and institutional requirements.
